Congratulations to the newlyweds on their new custom home! This sleek modern farmhouse was a perfect blank slate to design an electrical layout that provided functionality and style. Typically, a set of house plans do not provide any wiring details. This is when we step in. It is up to the electrician to examine the total electrical requirements of the home, especially where specific devices are to be located in the area and then decide how to plan the circuits.
In this case, we started our electrical layout with a rough furniture layout. Noting where the sofa, beds, tables, and televisions will go offered us insight on where the homeowners will need lighting fixtures and sockets. We were then able to design the electrical layout, including recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and beautiful kitchen island lighting.
